[Yulcat-l] Oversize in Call Number issue resolved

Hello,
     Earlier this week some staff reported to PST that the designation 
"Oversize" was not appearing in the Call # display in the item record, nor 
in Orbis OPAC for new/updated records.  This problem has been corrected as 
of this morning.  ITS needed to change a small parameter in the holdings 
keyword regen script.
      I verified with Rick Sarcia that new records with Oversize 
designations are no longer omitted from the item record, or OPAC call 
number display.  We also checked on the set of records staff worked on 
between Friday 2/24 and today.  In order for "Oversize" to appear correctly 
in those records, staff should resave/update them.  Materials marked for 
Oversize that were set aside while PST worked on this problem can now be 
processed as well.
    Thank you for your patience this week while we worked on 
troubleshooting with ITS.  Once again,  the careful eye of Gail Barnett 
from ITS  brought swift resolution.
