The project was delivered one year after the initial contract was signed with OCLC to develop the system and brings to a close the opening phase of the development: providing quick, easy and comprehensive access to scientific information in Switzerland. Users now have the ability to search 14 million title records from 740 libraries via the simple and intuitive interface of the swissbib beta version, which can be found at http://www.swissbib.ch<http://visit.oclc.org/t?r=896&c=1978711&l=30085&ctl=2E0BB5A:C073EF2ACA43AF34FF669F19BF19B06B0B8AF2ACC16D6A3C&>.
