[Yulcat-l] Who need new Item Type for serials "jour11"?

I am trying to find out which libraries flip the journal item type (jourcirc) each year within a 5-10 year range.  I had a request for jour11, and Melissa reminded me that she needs to incorporate this item type into circulation policy matrices and that takes a bit of time.  If this is just for SML, she will update only SML’s circ policy matrix.
