During the event, Becky Dean and Susan Walker, Cataloging and Metadata Services, OCLC, provided an overview of upcoming enhancements to authority controlling and the new functionality in Connexion client version 2.30. Becky presented the improvements to authority controlling which will apply to Windows-based Connexion client and Web-based Connexion browser users. Susan discussed the new Connexion client version 2.30, including:
* Links to the RDA Toolkit
* Language of Cataloging Limiter in Search WorldCat dialog
* Display of 029 fields
* Changes related to recent MARC Updates
