[Yulcat-l] Voyager release upgrade plans

Dear cataloging colleagues,

We are currently testing the next release for Voyager/ORBIS and it is going well.  Testing will continue, but I want to alert you to the schedule for installing Release 8.  It is currently planned for the May Memorial Day week-end (May 26-28).  The installation will however involve downtime on Friday May 25.   I will keep you posted on developments with the testing, but did want to remind you to expect a day of no cataloging or acquisitions work in ORBIS.
