Hello all-

I am delaying this deletion until the 20th, per the request of a few of you and in deference to final vacay-takings.

Here is a list of the records up for deletion because they don't have anything attached: https://yale.box.com/orphanedbibs20130912
Some of these are from records loads I've done- I've zapped those already since I am responsible for them.

Remember, if you were to attach a MFHD to one of the records in this list, that would prevent its deletion.

Any questions, as always, feel free to ask!

~Jenn

Subject: [Prodsys] Bibs without MFHDs in Orbis

Hello all-

>From time to time, Enterprise Systems runs a program that Yue Ji wrote that identifies bib records in Orbis that do not have any MFHDs/items/POs attached for clean up. I have just run this program today, and the resulting list of bib ids numbers 3,795.

I will be deleting these at the end of the day tomorrow, 5pm. This is a heads up to make sure any records you've worked on DO have holdings attached. If a record was looped into this bunch because it didn't have a MFHD at the time, attached a holding now will prevent its deletion.

Any questions, please email!
