In the interest of keeping Cataloger's Desktop content in sync with RDA, we will be delaying the Desktop 2014 Issue 2 release to April 22nd.  We understand from ALA that they do not expect further delay in the upcoming RDA Toolkit update.  I will forward additional information as it becomes available.

Subject: [RDA-L] April release to RDA Toolkit

The Co-Publishers of RDA have set the April Release of RDA Toolkit for Tuesday April 22. The release will include the RDA Update from the JSC. The Update will contain changes related to the approved proposals from the November 2013 JSC meeting. These changes are currently available in the "Sec final" versions of the proposals posted on the JSC web site<http://www.rda-jsc.org/index.html>. Typically releases occur on the second Tuesday of a month; however, due to the extent and complexity of this year's update we have pushed the publish date back two weeks. On April 15 we will publish an announcement describing the final contents of the release.
