Dear YulCat,
As you may know, in late October of 2020, OCLC changed part of the file transfer process for the DataSync service. As a result, our nightly sync stopped working.
The problem with the sync process has now been corrected and transfers will resume again. As part of this, the materials that were not sent between October and the present will be sent to OCLC. This will result in a number of "extra" OCLC loads as we work through the backlog. There should be no impact to operations, but please be aware if you subscribe to the dataloads mailing list that you may see a larger-than-normal amount of OCLC-related activity.
Please feel free to reach out to me with any questions or concerns - I appreciate everyone's patience while this issue was being addressed.
Thanks,
Steelsen
