[Yulcat-l] Updated Voyager Tag Tables Rolled Out

Dear colleagues,

The Voyager Cataloging tag tables will be updated tomorrow, 2/2 at 7 am.

The update includes:

  *   Bibliographic data format changes (No. 33 November 2021) listed at https://www.loc.gov/marc/bibliographic/bdapndxg.html
  *   Authority data format changes (No. 33 November 2021) listed at https://www.loc.gov/marc/authority/adapndxf.html

There is no action needed on your part - the update will install automatically when you connect to VPN if you are off-campus, or when you log into your PC if you are on-campus. If you experience any errors, please let Library IT know through the report a problem form<https://web.library.yale.edu/lit>. From now on, tag tables update will be deployed to all Library computers, not just the active catalog users'.
