[Yulpub] Proxy Server Update

Just a quick follow-up in case there is any confusion about the status of 
the proxy server.

The instructions as they appear on the W&WS page are correct and have not 
changed. The copy.its.yale.edu address still works for the proxy server - 
even though the proxy server application has been moved to a new machine 
(the address was moved as well).

Folks who already had the proxy configured should have no problems - it 
should still work as is.

New paths for obtaining support go into effect on July 1 (as posted to 
yulpub-l - the original message is in the yulpub-l archives) - the updated 
page will be posted on June 30 that contains this information.
