[Yulpub] Insight VRC collection is available

The Insight VRC collection is available once again.

This new version of Insight (5.0) brings many long awaited enhancements 
including 'Personal Collections' (an easy to use personal collection 
management tool).

We will post more information about this upgrade over the coming weeks.

The Insight client currently installed on Library staff and public 
workstations will work with 5.0. Logins / passwords remain the same.

The browser version is available from the VRC DBOW page, this application 
does not work with Firefox.

Demo sessions, training, documentation, etc... will all come together 
during the next few weeks.
