[Yulpub] ILLIAD INTERLIBRARY LOAN SERVICE GOES LIVE ON MONDAY, AUGUST 16

On Monday, August 16, interlibrary loan service will have a new look and 
new functionality as we GO LIVE with ILLiad borrowing.  Patron benefits 
include:
    * persistent personal information (once registered, name, etc. will be 
imported automatically to every request)
    * online tracking of request status and history
    * automatic email messages at various stages of processing
    * improved SFX functionality for importing citations from selected 
databases into the ILL request form
I have scheduled three "get-acquainted" sessions for public services staff 
next week.  I will demonstrate the ILLiad registration process and how to 
submit a request, and answer any questions that you might have.

Tuesday, August 17      10:30-11:30 AM  CCL Electronic Classroom

Wednesday, August 18    3:00 - 4:00 PM  SML Lecture Hall

All Reference and Access Services staff are encouraged to come by for an
