[Yulpub] ILL PROBLEMS WITH ILLIAD SERVER

The ILL server has been down and patrons were unable to log in to ILLiad 
and place requests.  ITS restarted the web service and I was able to log in 
as a patron just a minute ago, so I hope patrons will be able to enter 
requests now.  If patrons continue to experience problems, please notify me 
at once (carol.jones at yale.edu), providing as much detail as
