[Yulpub] Reference Sample Days - Thursday & Friday

Reference Sample Coordinators,

Tomorrow, Thursday, September 23 and Friday, September 24 are Reference 
Sample days.  Please count all reference transactions in your unit for the 
YUL statistics.  Please keep accurate statistics, since these numbers and 
those collected on other sampling days, will provide you with the sample 
from which we will project reference statistics for the whole year.  You 
will be asked to report the total number of Reference stats for September 
23 on September 24 and the Reference stats for September 24 on Monday, 
September 27.

The next reference sampling date is October 13.
