[Yulpub] Yale gets international props!

Thought some of you might be intrigued by a May 9, 2004 post to a well-read 
German library blog, netbib. One of the contributors praises the YUL Ask! 
page, noting that it has (loosely translated) a comprehensive and 
well-thought-out presentation of all of the available reference options. 
See the post here (it's number two on the list, can't miss it since he 
pasted the HTML of our page in the post):

The one person who commented on this post (only the six blog authors can 
comment) noted that his library would soon have such a page. Indeed they 
do, and it's remarkably similar to ours:

PS - Have to point out, however, that the original inspiration behind 
Yale's page was the Ask page at the University of Utah's Marriott Library, 
co-created by Dale Larsen, their Web designer, and myself:
