[Yulpub] RLG changes and Eureka file URLs

Dear colleagues,
         (sorry for any cross-posting duplication)

As part of more major changes in the RLG system, on March 1, the URLs for 
the citation and bibliographic files available via Eureka will be changing.

At present, we have been informed about the new structure of the URLs, but 
we will have no opportunity to test them and confirm that our 
interpretation of the correct format is correct until they go live on 3/1 
and the old URLs die.

I am ready to correct the URLs for the Database descriptive pages on our 
website first thing the morning of Tuesday 3/1, and Matthew has the same 
list of (hopefully correct) urls for correcting Orbis as soon as possible 
as well.

However, Sue Lorimer has reminded me that some of you may have linked 
directly to one or more of these files rather than linking to the database 
descriptive pages.  I would suggest, that in view of the fact that we don't 
have absolutely confirmed and tested direct urls, any direct links be 
replaced with database descriptive page links so that they will work as 
soon as the urls are replaced on those descriptive pages.
