Just a quick update on this.  The problem is not general to ISI, it is 
some major glitch with their recognition of our 130.132.*.* IP address 
range.  I have not been given an ETA on a correction, but I will let you 
all know ASAP when I've been told the problem is resolved.

We're currently getting rejection messages from ISI Web of Knowledge 
that we don't have a subscription and our IPs are therefore rejected.  
As we do have a subscription, this is likely a glitch or major problem 
at ISI's end.  The problem has been reported and I'll pass back the word 
when it has been resolved.
