[Yulpub] Reference Sample Day - Monday May 2

Reference Sample Coordinators,

Monday, May 2, is a Reference Sample day.  This message is a reminder to 
count all reference transactions in your unit for the YUL 
statistics.  Please keep accurate statistics, since these numbers and those 
collected on other sampling days, will provide us with the sample from 
which we will project reference statistics for the whole year.  You will be 
asked to report the total number on Tuesday, May 3.  Even if the number is 
"0" please let me know.

The next sampling date is Monday, May 9.
