[Yulpub] link to MetaLib from Databases & Article Searching page

Hello all,

Thanks to everyone who commented on the various drafts of the "Databases & 
Article Searching" page that will link to MetaLib. There was strong 
support for providing three MetaLib links directly on the page. I have 
revised it somewhat in response to some comments about the design. 

So when MetaLib goes into production on Monday, June 6, it will be linked 
from Databases & Article Searching as seen here: 
http://www.library.yale.edu/databases/indexml3.html

Comments are welcome at any time, of course; how we link to MetaLib
from Databases & Article Searching can certainly change in response 
to staff and reader feedback.
