[Yulpub] Building Codes Resource

Since we first began subscribing to MAD-CAD, an on-line full-text database 
for building and construction codes, some changes have been made.

It currently includes approximately 30 building codes including the 2003 
editions of:

International Building Code (IBC)
International Fuel Gas Codes (IFGC)
ICC Electrical Code
International Fire Code
International Mechanical Code
International Residential Code
International Plumbing Code
International Existing Building Code
International Energy Conservation Code

The home page is not very helpful; in order to find out more about each 
code, you will have to access the table of contents.  Each code or standard 
usually has an introduction.
