[Yulpub] Reference Sample Figure - July 28

Reference Sample Coordinators,

Just a reminder....tomorrow, July 28 is a Reference Sample day.  Please 
count all reference transactions in your unit for the YUL 
statistics.  Please keep accurate statistics, since these numbers and those 
collected on other sampling days, will provide you with the sample from 
which we will project reference statistics for the whole year.  You will be 
asked to reply the total number on Thursday, July 29.

The next reference sampling date is August 3.
