[Yulpub] Early Notice for Reference Sample Date

Reference Sample Coordinators,

I am sending this notice early regarding the next Reference Sample date as 
I will be out of the office on Tuesday.

Just a reminder........Wednesday, August 3 is the next Reference Sample 
day.  Please count all reference transactions in your unit for the YUL 
statistics.  Please keep accurate statistics, since these numbers and those 
collected on other sampling days, will provide you with the sample from 
which we will project reference statistics for the whole year.  You will be 
asked to reply the total number on Thursday, August 4.

The next reference sampling date in August is Saturday, August 13.
