[Yulpub] WorldCat access hiccup - fixed

I have just confirmed that I was able to get into WorldCat this morning, 
so we can all breathe a sigh of relief.  As usual, let me know if you 
see continuing problems.

Some of you have noted that WorldCat has been unavailable since late 
last week.  I have been communicating with OCLC about this situation 
since Friday.  After my initial report of the problem and confirmation 
that we did indeed renew our subscription to WorldCat, I was under the 
impression that the problem would be fixed overnight.  However, it 
apparently was *not* corrected.  After additional emails and phone calls 
this morning, I have been assured that a manual renewal was put in place 
by OCLC and that this will go into effect overnight, so that we should 
have access again to WorldCat tomorrow morning.

Thank you for your patience, and I have expressed our unhappiness with 
this glitch over a holiday weekend with the Customer Center at OCLC.
