[Yulpub] Trial databases: Politics in America and Washington Information Directory

We have a one-month trial to the online versions of two CQ reference 
books: Politics in America and Washington Information Directory.

Politics in America provides detailed information on the 535 members of 
Congress and their districts and states. The profiles provide CQ's 
analysis of personalities, political styles, legislative agendas, 
political ambitions, and reputations of members at home and on Capitol 
Hill. Politics in America includes information on campaign finance, 
partisan caucuses, and standing committees.

Washington Information Directory provides capsule descriptions of and 
contact information for federal agencies; governors and other state 
officials; U.S. and foreign diplomats; nongovernmental organizations; 
policy groups, foundations, and institutions; and Congress. The online 
version is fully searchable and can be browsed by topic, organization 
type, and organization name.

Both online versions are fully searchable. Washington Information 
Directory can be browsed by topic, organization type, and 
organization name. Politics in America is browsable by state, member name, 
and political party.

Please try them out and send your comments to me. The trial ends on 
October 14.
