[Yulpub] Alexander Street Press databases down

Our Alexander Street Press databases are currently inaccessible due to a 
server in Florida being down.  This is related to Hurricane Wilma.  
Alexander Street Press has hopes that the server can be restored later 
this evening, but have supplied a caveat that it might not be until 
tomorrow.
