[Yulpub] ebsco databases back - basically

I'm able to report that we have regained basic access to our Ebsco
databases again.
The problem was two-fold.
-A few of our major IP addresses somehow got wiped from their system and
needed to be re-inserted. This has been done.
-A few of our database profiles were somehow wiped from the Ebsco
account system and needed to be re-established. Basic - no-frills
profiles are now in place.
However, because all the preferences we'd carefully crafted on the
database profiles that went poof are now gone, these are going to have
to be manually re-created, and the re-creation will take time.
So, while all our links are functional again, you may see some odd
database interface behavior (getting a menu of databases instead of
going right into a specific database; not having an Ask! link on the
search page, SFX linking non-functional, etc.)
As we have time, we'll get to this profile by profile. And if your
database looks "normal", be grateful. You probably were one of the
lucky few whose profile did not get wiped.
