[Yulpub] Reserve contact person in CCL

And Happy New Year!

With apologies for some cross-listing...

Lisa Thomas, the Access Services Supervisor in CCL responsible for reserve 
services for the past few years, has taken a new position in Manuscripts 
and Archives.  Today is her last day in CCL.  I'm sure those of you have 
worked with Lisa on reserve or other matters join me in wishing her well in 
her new endeavor.

As reserve questions and topics arose this week, some people have been 
making contact with Cindy Greenspun, who is the Access Services Supervisor 
in SML responsible for the Privileges Office, the Periodical Reading Room 
and SML service desk activities.

With the busy Spring term reserve season upon us and classes starting on 
Monday, January 9th, I suspect many more reserve topics will need 
attention.  Claire Halloran is the point person in the CCL office for 
reserve services.  Please refer reserve matters to her or direct faculty 
and teaching assistants to her for help.  In Claire's absence, Barbara 
DaRe, Access Services' Administrative Assistant whose office is in CCL, 
will step in.  If there is a serious or urgent situation, please contact 
Christopher Killheffer, the Access Services Supervisor in CCL during the 
daytime.
