[Yulpub] Reference Sample Day - January 17, 2006

Reference Sample Coordinators,

Thanks so much for getting your reference samples figures to me within two 
days!  Sorry for the short notice for January 17.

Tuesday, January 17 is a Reference Sample Day.  Please count all reference 
transactions in your unit for the YUL statistics.  Please keep accurate 
statistics, since these numbers and those collected on the other sampling 
days, will provide you with the sample from which we will project reference 
statistics for the whole year.

I would like to have all reference sample figures sent back to me within 
two days after the actual sampling.  The deadline for the January 17 figure 
is January 19.  I realize how busy everyone is and I know my email is not 
the only one you receive, but it has been increasingly difficult to obtain 
these figures in a timely manner.  If I don't receive your figure within 
two days a reminder will be sent with a cc to the Department Head.

The next reference sampling date is January 30.
