[Yulpub] Reference Sample Figure - June 16

Reference Sample Coordinators,

I am sending this notice out early because I will be out of the office on 
that day.  New reference sample dates will be sent out at the end of June.

Friday, June 16 is a Reference Sample Day.  Please count all reference 
transactions in your unit for the YUL statistics.  Please keep accurate 
statistics, since these numbers and those collected on the other sampling 
days, will provide you with the sample from which we will project reference 
statistics for the whole year. You will be asked to report the total number 
of Reference stats for Monday on Tuesday, April 18.

The next reference sampling date is July 8.
