[Yulpub] Reference Sample Figure - Tomorrow - July 19

Reference Sample Coordinators,

Tomorrow, Wednesday, July 19 is a Reference Sample Day.  Please count all 
reference transactions in your unit for the YUL statistics.  Please keep 
accurate statistics, since these number and those collected on the other 
sampling days, will provide you with the sample from which we will project 
reference statistics for the whole year.  You will be asked to report the 
total number of Reference stats for Wednesday on Thursday, July 19.

Reference statistics for the 2006-2007 year will be posted  to the web shortly.

The next reference sampling date is July 24.
