PS:  In case you were interested in the NEFDC Fall 2006 Conference
(www.nefdc.org <http://www.nefdc.org> ) I'd emailed about before, it
looks like they won't be able to get us NELIGonians (to steal Kendall's
term) in at a member rate this time, but they'd like to negotiate with
us for future conferences.
