Dear HWWILSON-ENEWS Members:
*HW Wilson Company's New Data Center Project*
*WilsonWeb Scheduled to be Temporarily Taken Offline for Update*
The HW Wilson Company is working to complete a new data center. It is a
project that will assure Wilson's ability to handle the phenomenal
growth of its WilsonWeb product line and the growing demands from their
customers for the seamless flow of information, in the future.
As part of the process to facilitate the switch to its new data center,
Wilson has scheduled an update that requires temporarily taking the
entire WilsonWeb system offline. They have selected a generally low
usage time of day that is hoped will impact as few users, as is
possible. This update period will last for approximately 3 hours. See
the schedule, below:
_*Friday, February 23^rd *_
WilsonWeb will run at full capacity until Midnight Eastern Time, Friday,
February 23^rd . At that time it will be shut down and will remain
unavailable until approximately 3:00 a.m. Eastern Time, Saturday,
February 24^th .
_*Saturday, February 24^th *_
WilsonWeb will remain offline until approximately 3:00 a.m. Eastern
Time, Saturday.
Note: Any emails sent to and from HW Wilson Company during this offline
period will receive a delay message. Once the email exchange server has
been placed back online, emails will be delivered.
