[Yulpub] FAOSTAT database: two changes

Dear colleagues,

1) The URL for the FAOSTAT (Food and Agriculture Organization Statistics) 
database has changed; it is now: 
http://faostat.fao.org/site/372/default.aspx

This has been changed in the Metalib record and will be fixed in the Orbis 
record for FAOSTAT. Please change any direct links you may have on web 
pages.

2) Although FAOSTAT is a subscription database with IP authentication, it 
also requires users to register with an e-mail address and create a 
password. I have put a note at the beginning of the MetaLib record 
indicating this; it's also evident from the user interface that 
registration is required.
