[Yulpub] "Request a Purchase" form does not get copied to requestor

When someone fills out the form at http://www.library.yale.edu/Internet/bkreq.html, it apparently gets sent, based on the browser output:

	To: book.requests at yale.edu
	CC: smlcirc at yale.edu

but no CC is sent to the requestor's email, although they entered their email address; could that be changed?  It seems sensible for the requestor to have a record of when they requested what.
