Hello,

You are invited to the presentations of three candidates for the position of Assistant Department Head, Information Services Librarian, Sterling Memorial Library and Bass Library Access Services. Each candidate has been asked to prepare and give a talk on "Best Practices for Customer Service in the 21st Century Library." Each session is to be delivered as if it were a thirty minute training sessions, with thirty minutes after the talk for your questions. The search committee hopes you will be able to attend and share with us your impressions of the three candidates. 

All sessions will be held in Bass Library Room L01.
