Hello,

The Summon implementation group is pleased to announce upcoming sessions for public services staff on how to search Summon. The sessions, presented by a Serials Solutions trainer, are 90 minutes and will be in the lower level Bass classroom. Each session is the same, so please sign up for the time/date that works best for your schedule. Anyone unable to attend will have an opportunity to participate in a webinar-version of the training to be scheduled for early August.

Prior to the training, staff may wish to preview our in-process configuration of Summon at: http://yale.summon.serialssolutions.com  Comments/questions may be sent using the 'Feedback' link in the Summon interface.

The training is intended for staff involved with teaching patrons how to use library resources either at service desks or in classroom settings. Please check with your supervisors if necessary before registering. Please use the following link to sign up:
