Event Description: Do you often wonder what your IvyPlus colleagues are doing at their reference desks? Or do they even have reference desks? What about phone lines dedicated to answer questions? Or how do we REFER a research question?


All library staff at all levels  are invited to join the IvyPlus RTL Affinity Group for a round robin sharing of how each institution is managing their reference queries, followed by a discussion and question period where we can opt for large group or breakout room discussions, depending on group consensus.
