Hello all,
    I just wanted to let you all know about this in case anyone is 
pointing to RLG databases directly.  The urls are all set up in the 
database description webpages, so if you are pointing to a descriptive 
page, you are all right.  If you believe you've got an incorrect url, 
you can copy the new correct one from the relevent database page : 
http://www.library.yale.edu/databases/

Dear Eureka subscriber,

Since March 1, 2005. new logon URLs for Eureka® databases have been available for improved authentication services.  RLG asked that these new URLs be used from March but has continued to allow the use of the older RLG webscripts.

We are now asking those institutions that have not yet implemented the new logon URLs to do so by February 15, 2006.  Please ask your Webmaster to replace the existing URL(s) with the new URL(s) on your library's Web pages by that date.

If your logon URL begins with autoweb.rlg.org/cgi-bin/webscr/, you need to change to the new logon URL.


If your logon URL begins with eureka.rlg.org/Eureka/zgate2.prod?ACTION=INIT, you are aleady using the new logon URL and you do not need to do anything further.

The RLG Information Center staff (ric at rlg.org) is ready to assist you during this transition.
