EAS-INFO -- EAS Internet Information List (pjk)

About EAS-INFO
English (USA)

Web gleanings and comments by Prof. Peter J. Kindlmann from the intersection of information technology, education and culture. With our new technologies there is indeed a vast new informational and intellectual landscape before us, but our journey through it is marked by a frequent dearth of good sense, an intoxication with complexity, and an unwillingness to scrutinize the premises of what we do. These mailings are intended as companionship on that journey, as help with keeping your perspective amidst the bigness or smallness of things, and amidst too much that is written in the "future perfect" tense.

You won't be overwhelmed with postings, typically not more than a few per month. For your perusal of frequency and content, here is a chronological archive of six years of postings through Jan. 31, 2002, including those prior to July 16, 2000 via earlier servers. It overlaps with the archive below.

To see the collection of prior postings to the list, visit the EAS-INFO Archives.
