[NHCOLL-L:2529] Shipping vials of DNA in EDTA?

I may have to ship some 1.5 ml plastic centrifuge tubes containing plant DNA
extracted in Tris-HCL and EDTA to a researcher in Europe.

Does anyone know if these would be considered as "Dangerous goods" under
either IATA regulations or 49 CFR?
