We have almost never lost any specimens during sending and receiving loans. 
A single case was a package with a few rare catfishes sent to Mizoram in 
India last July. Probably this has nothing to do with governmental Indian 
regulations, but the parcel is still lost. Previously shipment to and from 
India has been delayed or has suffered from the transport but in the cases 
I know about, finally reached its destination. I am curious if it is a 
trend or just an accident.
