Dear Curators and Collection Managers,

The preservation of tissues and/or molecular products at optimum conditions
is a vital part of genetic-based studies. As a consequence, genetic
resources collections, whether they are open for scientific use or not, have
become more prevalent. The Staff at the Genetic Resources Repository of the
Florida Museum of Natural History is compiling basic information on genetic
resources collections to generate a simple one-stop-shop portal that will
aid researchers find such collections and their details. To accomplish this,
we are distributing a short 10-minute survey to collect this information.
