Greetings SPNHC members,

This year's election for 2 Members at Large will close on April 3. Have
you voted? It's easier than ever before with the option to vote online
using Elections Online. But to vote that way you will have had to
receive an initial email containing the link to the elections site. If
you did not receive that message, either the email address you provided
when you registered as a SPNHC member is incorrect, or you neglected to
provide one at all. Send your correct email address to Barb Brown at
bbrown at amnh.org to make things right for the election next year. All
members should have received a paper ballot package and that will be the
only option left. This can be returned by mail or fax as instructed but
don't forget to include your name and return address on the envelope or
fax transmission. 

To date, with one month to go, there is a definite increase in returned
ballots due mostly to the option of voting online. So if you have not
voted yet, now is the time. Our Society is growing and evolving in a
world where Natural History Collections are increasingly important and
valuable. Every vote counts.
