Hi all

We are in the process of completing our new morphology lab here at the KU Biodiversity Institute and we are trying to find a permanent solution for lamps for a clearing and staining station. In days of old we just used desk lamps but are looking for a better solution to provide heat and light for the trypsin enzyme activation and acceleration process. Does anyone have any ideas regarding the best lamps to use for this - infrared, regular incandescent etc. - and any specs or providers of such solutions? I presume that both heat and light are needed for the enzyme process??

Thanks in advance

Andy
