[Nhcoll-l] funding digitization of federal collections?

Catherine,
I was at NSF as a program officer for two years, and worked with Reed
Beaman, the permanent program officer who manages the collections grants
program. Good idea to check directly with him. When I was there, I
often found that community-based information was incorrect.
