DigitalHumanities Mailing List

This working group focuses on Digital Humanities, a contested and still-emerging practice at the intersection of the humanities and digital methods. DH ranges from the creation and use of digital tools and technologies to the digital representation and dissemination of scholarly work. DH grows out of the field of humanities computing and is part of what David Berry has called the "computational turn" in the Humanities. This group considers the expanding practices, vocabulary, and research methods germane to Digital Humanities across disciplines.
