late summer migrants

More fiery skippers, this time in Westport .  They were “all over the
place”.  I counted at least 14 (12 males and 2 females) on September 4
but there were undoubtedly many more.  Very active in several scattered
locations throughout the Compo area, all on Buddleia.  Interestingly,
none found on Buddleia anywhere along the nearby Fairfield coast.
