Deep River

My daughter and I went to Scott's Orchard in Deep River today to pick
blueberries. We actually didn't pick too many blueberries, because the
blueberry patch was inundated with poison ivy & we weren't dressed for
it, but we saw lots of butterflies!  Loads of cabbage whites, one
beautiful, very fresh looking silver-spotted skipper, orange sulphurs, a
couple black swallowtails (might have been spicebush--didn't get that
close a look)--and that was during a very short time in the peach
orchard and blueberry patch.

P.S.  Found five more monarch eggs in my milkweed patch this morning. 
Currently have two caterpillars going strong :-)
