A trip at Bauer Park in Madison today turned up about 6 of them. Also a Painted Lady. Lots of Mulberry Wings and Black Dashes. The Swamp Milkweed and Black-eyed Susans are supplying a lot of the nectar.

Finally seeing some Monarchs. Field trip at Walden Preserve today we saw
about 12 Monarchs. All looked like they had freshly emerged. There is hope
for tagging in Sept. Rich Chyinski
