Back in 1990 there was a monster Red Admiral flight in New England but it
was a one-generation deal. Although there were hundreds to be seen at times
in places in early June (and I expected even larger numbers to result from
the flight later in the summer) there were virtually none in late summer and
fall. Who knows what this year will bring.
